EA to Head Partner and Partner - City of London - Professional Services

Our client is an international law firm with fantastic offices in the City of London

Description

Our client is an international law firm looking to recruit an EA to support a Head Partner and Partner. Providing 1-2 support, your duties will include:

  • Extensive and complex diary management - arranging meetings and appointments, both internally and externally. Ensuring the diary is up to date and holds all the necessary information relating to each appointment. Also ensuring you have regular catch ups to got through the diary and plan ahead.
  • Putting together packs
  • Complex inbox management
  • Ensuring both Partners have all the necessary paperwork and information needed for each appointment
  • Organising international travel - booking flights, hotels, transfers, preparing detailed itineraries and arranging visas. Keeping both Partners aware of any changes in their schedule
  • Screen telephone calls on behalf of both Partners, trying to assist with non-legal queries if possible
  • Producing PowerPoint presentations
  • Processing expenses
  • Organising events and seminars and attending events to meet and greet clients
  • Liaising with high profile people and their Assistants
  • Taking notes or minutes in meetings
  • Undertaking research on clients and potential clients
  • Drafting short letters, memos or notes (non legal content)
  • Opening client files, completing money laundering checks, preparing client letters of engagement

Profile

The ideal candidate for this role will:

  • Have previously provided high end Executive Assistant support to a senior level Executive (CEO, Head of Department, Senior Partners
  • Have excellent organisational, multi tasking and prioritising skills
  • Be calm under pressure
  • Be able to meet strict deadlines
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills withe the confident to liaise at all levels, which is essential for this role
  • Have a flexible, proactive and adaptable approach to their work
  • Good IT skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Job Offer

On offer is a salary of £40,000 - £43,000 + fantastic benefits package
