Exciting Executive Assistant role in a Lovely Hedge Fund near Marble Arch, paying up to £35K DOE.
We have an exciting new Executive Assistant role in a lovely, traditional Hedge Fund, in beautiful offices near Marble Arch. The role is paying up to £35,000 DOE.
This EA role is specifically designed to support a team of 8/9 Junior Analysts. Despite it being a large team the analysts are all self- sufficient and confident in their role. The ideal candidate will have solid PA/EA experience and will be confident enough to support an important team efficiently, whilst maintaining a professional and proactive attitude.
Candidate Requirements:
- At least 3/4 years' experience
- Tenacious, diligent, organised, assertive
- An eye for detail
- Helpful and a team player
- Capable and friendly
- Unflappable, proactive support for the team with the ability to multitask and juggle the demands of all the team members with a positive attitude
- No job is too big or too small
- Discreet
