Our client is a leading Tech agency, who are looking for a fantastic Office Manager to join their West London office. As Office Manager, your typical duties will include: managing the Front Desk; fielding all phone calls; managing office supplies; assisting with IT issues; liaising with suppliers and vendors; setting up meeting rooms and overseeing the booking system. You will also be heavily involved with the office move, and will be in charge of overseeing the logistics of the entire process.

As such, you MUST have prior experience of managing an office move within your Office Manager role. You must be confident dealing with every type of person, from colleagues to clients to suppliers, and remain professional but personable at all times, even under pressure. You must be meticulously organised, and use your initiative to make the role more efficient.
