Secretary

A small consultancy firm based in London, Victoria are looking for a Secretary to join their office of around 22 people.

This person will support a Partner within the business, the role will involve recording and managing documentation for him, proofreading documentation, collecting post, filing, arranging events, typing will also be a part of the role, therefore, someone that is confident with this would be preferable. This person will be a real 'go to person', the Partner that you will support is very busy and, therefore, needs someone that has great attention to detail as well as an outgoing and fun personality willing to muck in and help. You would work alongside a few others within the admin team, therefore, there is a nice close-nit team that you will be surrounded by.

This position would suit an ambitious, self starter looking for a great opportunity within a corporate firm with a great cultural feel. Previous experience in a Secretarial role is not a prerequisite, a Secretarial qualification/ILEX would be beneficial, so this individual is familiar with Microsoft Word and typing skills as this is something that you will be expected to be quite confident with.

Duties & Requirements

• Strong typing skills
• Ad hoc PA duties
• Support to wider team with secretarial duties
• Willingness to muck in with all tasks
• Meticulous attention to detail is a must
• Familiarity and confidence working with Microsoft word (Macros, cross referencing)
• Any secretarial qualification would be beneficial, but is not a prerequisite
