A well respected finance company with global offices. This is an unusual HR role in that you will use your fluent Japanese and fluent spoken English in a totally bilingual capacity. You will be working in a small, highly effective, HR team and the role is very broad, giving you exposure to plenty of aspects of HR that will contribute to the advancement of your career in HR. There are real opportunities here for the right person , or for a Graduate who has done a degree or post grad studies, In personnel and HR

The role
Supporting the HR team
*Assisting in work relating to expatriates relocating to the UK ( this will include salaries, benefits etc )
*Data input of HR info
*Producing HR reports and looking after confidential HR files
*Helping and advising Japanese staff who are relocating to the UK


Requirements
*Fluent Japanese
*MS Office (including Excel )
*Ideally , previous experience in HR or a degree in HR
*Full work permit
