Team Assistant- 6 month contract

Matchstick are currently recruiting for a Team Assistant to join a well known luxury brand based in the West End. This is a 6 month contract beginning at the end of April 2017.

The role will include 

• Ensuring timely distribution of new pricelists
• Responsible for updates of client database and distribution to all relevant teams
• Support marketing team in event organisation: monthly internal seminars, training sessions and sales events
• Diary Management and travel booking
• Statistics, preparation and analysis

Experience of NSI, Essbase and  Cognos an advantage

Excellency in both oral and written English ; knowledge of French is an advantage
