Elite Boutique Finance House seeking fabulous PA for Portfolio Managers

This highly reputable and elite boutique Finance House is looking to grow its support team and bring on board an additional PA to support two charming Portfolio Managers. With previous experience in a similar finance house, we are looking for a highly articulate, polished PA who has fantastic client facing and communication skills. Both gentlemen have a lot of portfolios to deal with, so it will be a very busy role and will need someone who is super organised, willing to roll their sleeves up and be proactive.  There is a big learning curve in this role, half of it is a traditional PA role with diary management and organisation of meetings, but the majority lies with dealing with the clients, producing complex presentations, so being advanced in PowerPoint and Excel would be a big plus.  A lot of the time, these presentations have to be put together at very short notice, so it needs someone who is good under pressure and doesn’t get flustered and at times has flexibility with regards to their working hours.  You will be a team player, as they have a big PA team and they all muck in together when needed.
