PA to MD

Job Title: PA to MD
Hourly Rate: £15.00 to £17.00 per hour
Start Date: 20th March 2017
Location: North London

We are working with a leading high end brand who are located in North London, they are looking for a PA to support the Managing Director by managing her diary, travel plans and office to maximise her time on strategic and management issues. You will also support the Management team of 5 with travel and accommodation arrangements and ad hoc research and preparation of key documents, coupled with general office administration including stationery, organising staff events and maintaining HR records.

Someone stylish, dynamic with a flare for design will go far but also have the ability to work in a warehouse and distribution environment. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be someone with a keen eye for detail and be resourceful.

You will need to be available from the 20th March and be able to commit for a minimum of 3 months, whilst the office goes through a refurbishment, and then for the right person this role could lead to a permanent post.
