Working as a senior member of his team, you will be facilitating every aspect of his life on the personal side. You will need to be a chameleon and jack of all trades, turning your hand to anything that is required of you, constantly juggling priorities and always striving for perfection. Attention to detail is paramount as there is no room for error – the standard of your work must be meticulous. Acting as a gate-keeper, you will mentor, manage and guide junior PAs, to whom you can delegate and offload. This is not for the faint-hearted – you will need to be tough, thick-skinned and resilient, giving everything for minimal thanks or recognition.
