The role of Call Controller - Basildon will entail:

• answering customer calls promptly
• logging all repair calls with 3rd parries
• ensuring all call outs are logged and responded to in a timely manor
• assisting the invoicing team with queries
• monitoring and maintaining stock levels
• managing the customer database
• customer service skills
• liaising with internal departments
• general admin duties
• arranging internal and external couriers

Profile

The ideal candidate for the role of Call Controller - Basildon will have:

• previously worked in a call centre
• have previously done call planning
• strong communication skills
• have used all MS office programmes
• ideally have used SAP
• be confident on excel to prepare spreadsheets
• strong customer service skills
• strong organisation skills
• good confidence
• ability to work on own initiative
• be helpful and proactive

Job Offer

The successful candidate for the role of Call Controller - Basildon will receive:

• salary of £16,000 to £18,000 per year
