You will have had previous reception experience, be hard working and reliable and enjoy working as a temp. You will be well presented and have a friendly work demeanour. As well as a clear telephone voice.You will be answering calls, meeting and greeting guests, making refreshments, taking messages and overflow admin work. Good IT skills are needed so a proficient knowledge of ms office will be required.  As well as coordinating meeting rooms,  setting up video conferences, ordering lunches, ordering office supplies and keeping the front of house neat and tidy.
