Team Secretary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a global engineering consultant company. This is a Team Secretary role based in the West End. Looking to start as soon as possible and is an ongoing temporary role.

Main duties will include:
Diary and travel arrangements
Marketing
Project work
Handling telephone calls, taking messages and covering phones
Creation of agendas and minute taking at department meetings

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar Team Secretary role with previous experience in marketing preferable. In addition, the perfect candidate with have strong, proven MS Office skill particularly in Word and be a highly organised individual who thrives working as part of a large team. This is a full time role with a salary of £14-£15 per hour.
