An opportunity exists for an experienced Media PA/Team Assistant to join this global PR Agency. Based in stunning, state of the art offices in the heart of London’s Clerkenwell, this agency is part of the world’s largest media conglomerate and boasts a prestigious client list and dynamic, vibrant culture.

Reporting directly to the Managing Directors of 2 of the most exciting industry sectors, your role is to be an established PA with team support to 15 executives.

Specifically you will undertake comprehensive, proactive email management, organize inboxes and ensure your Directors are given relevant documents, emails and research in advance of meetings. You’ll answer phones, screen calls, undertake diary management, schedules, travel itineraries, currency and VISA arrangements, proactively rescheduling where there are clashes. You’ll brief your Directors before meetings, arrange room bookings, catering, look after external guests and ad hoc duties. When looking after the team you will undertake general administrative duties including database administration and offering support for the HR function within the sectors to include supporting new starters, managing work experience and internship requirements, organizing birthday celebrations and a myriad of other administrative tasks.

You will be a media PA/Team sec with 3 years + experience in an Agency environment. You’ll have strong MS Office skills across the board including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, emotional intelligence, commercial acumen and a strong work ethic.
