As the Part Time Office Manager for the Accountancy firm based in West London, you will support the two main Partners and their team of 12 people. You will be given the autonomy to look at the current systems and processes in place and makes changes/implement new systems and processes where needed.

Description

As the Part Time Office Manager within the West London company you will undertake a number of things including the following:

Administrative support to the two main Partners;

  • Attending all client meetings, taking minutes and distributing follow ups/action points
  • Diary and travel management
  • Email correspondence
  • A lot of project work to get involved with

Office Management;

  • Reviewing and implementing new office systems and processes
  • Liaising with all suppliers, third party companies
  • Quality control
  • Database management; reviewing database, ensuring the accuracy of data
  • Finance reconciliation; raising PO's, invoicing, expenses

Profile

The ideal Part Time Office Manager will have/be:

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Prior background in implementing and reviewing new systems and processes
  • Great communications skills; both written and verbal
  • The ability to be firm and push back at times
  • Huge work ethic
  • Excellent Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint package skills

Job Offer

Our client is offering a salary on a pro rata basis between £30,000 - £40,000 with excellent benefits
