Would you like to join a top multinational law firm as their Legal Personal Assistant within the brand new office in Birmingham?

This position will see you working in a fast paced environment, this is a new office in Birmingham so it is a very exciting time to be joining the company! You will be part of their growth and make a real difference! This Legal PA role requires someone who has already gained solid experience working within any area of law as a Legal Secretary/PA.

Working in the role of Legal PA for this firm, your duties supporting fee earners will include:

  • Extensive diary management including coordinating video / conference calls in multiple time zones
  • Preparing agendas and circulating supporting documentation
  • Meet and greet clients and be accessible during high profile client meetings
  • Organising extensive travel itineraries and visas
  • Screening telephone calls and assisting/delegating, as appropriate
  • Building and maintaining rapport with the PA's of our clients
  • Dealing with all expenses
  • Managing the client billing
  • Using content management systems to maintain and update websites and internal databases
  • Organising client and internal Webinars
  • Undertaking research for marketing materials and business development
  • Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
  • Photocopying, printing and scanning
  • Supporting and assisting the secretaries in the IDR/Litigation team (to include holiday cover)

The ideal Legal PA candidate will have previous Legal PA experience and will be bright, have a flexible and adaptable approach to work, they will be reliable and hardworking. You will remain calm when working under pressure but must have the ability to work to tight deadlines and will work as an active team member.
