Renowned TV/Entertainment Station - EA to Chief Creative Officer

Our client, one of the world's best-known Entertainment/TV Broadcasters is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their London operation and provide full administrative support to their Chief Creative Officer on an initial Maternity cover for approximately 9 months.  This diverse role will see you supporting one of the most important Creative thinkers in the business, who is extremely busy and key to the smooth every day running of this Global Entertainment giant.  Duties will include, but are by no means limited to:

• Assisting with running agendas of key meetings
• Organising departmental weekly meeting and social events
• Ensure daily schedule runs to time
• Extensive diary management
• Organising travel itineraries, accommodation, etc
• Highly confidential correspondence management
• Draft letters and emails as and when required
• Processing expenses
• Creating and maintaining an efficient filing system
• Assistance with reports, presentations and project plans
• Minute taking in meetings as required
• Acting as central point of contact internally and externally for department queries
• Liaising with HR and Facilities Management re: new joiners and staff moves
• Oversee Marketing and Communications mentoring scheme
• Ad hoc team support as requested
