Salary to £40,000

This is a rare an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant / Office Manager to join a start-up TV production company. This exciting start-up is backed by multi- million pound investment and a CEO who is highly knowledgeable and well connected in the industry.

The EA / Office Manager will play a pivotal role in the start-up of this new and exciting company, their head office and the TV studio.

If you are an unflappable EA who has the ability to work autonomously and support the senior team to build the company and organise the logistics for an office move, then this is an opportunity not to be missed.

This varied and interesting role will involve: Recruitment of new Talent,obtaining and evaluating quotes for the provision of office services in line with the operation plan;organising and scheduling meetings and calls between management and stakeholders; organising the relocation of executives; attending and organising board and management meetings and preparing and circulating minutes and agendas;organising travel for the management team;preparing presentations for the executive director or editor-in-chief, as required; reviewing expense claims of the management team for approval by the editor-in chief; and being responsible for the diaries and inbox of the executive director or editor-in chief.

Initially you will be based in Central London, but the plan is to move to a new TV studio in West London at the end of the year.
