My client, a global Communications agency based in Central London, are looking for a superstar Receptionist to join their busy and sociable offices. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join a successful and dynamic company, and to put their own stamp on the role. You must be able to start immediately!
Your typical duties as Receptionist will include meeting and greeting guests and clients, and being the go-to person in the team. You will work with another receptionist to manage the phones, fielding calls and taking messages where appropriate. You will be in charge of a large number of meeting rooms, ensuring they are booked correctly and setup with catering/equipment when necessary. You will book couriers, taxis and other logistic services. You will also support the office with new joiners and administrative support.
The role is very fast paced, so you MUST have at least 1 year of previous Receptionist experience, gained within a creative/media industry. You must be well presented and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbally with clients and colleagues at every level. You must be meticulously organised with a good eye for detail.
