Facilities Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for work for an Investment Company based in the West End. The company is seeking a proactive, organised and efficient individual for a Facilities/Property Manager role to start as soon as possible.

Main duties include:
General administration
Acting as first point of contact for the front desk contracts
Assisting in the administration of the building
Preparing Purchase Orders
Operating and actively monitoring the Access Control

The successful candidate will have previous experience in either property or facilities management. The role is a part-time role however the company are extremely flexible on days and hours. This is a temporary to permanent role starting at £16 per hour progressing to £33,000-£35,000 once permanent.
