Our City based client  with sleek offices seek an on going temporary Receptionist
 
The role of the temporary Receptionist will include: Answering a busy switchboard Arrange travel and accommodation for staff Assist in organising events, training and conference venues for internal staff Sort incoming and outgoing post Order lunches for visitors
 
The ideal Receptionist will have:

Strong organisational skills

Close attention to detail

Good communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

Able to use their own initiative and have the confidence to ask questions
