My client, a Global Executive Search Consultancy based in the West End are seeking a polished and well-presented Receptionist & Office Manager to join their team.

A fantastic opportunity for someone to be part of an international and established organisation and be the first point of contact for all clients and visitors.

All of the Project Management team are responsible for ensuring clients, candidates and colleagues receive 5* administration across all areas of the business. This is a crucial position within their business to continue the highly professional Front of House and Events Activities.

Duties include:
*Meeting and greeting a large volume of clients and candidates, providing them with a professional and welcoming approach.
*Providing all guests with refreshments upon arrival.
*In charge of handling the switchboard, answering all incoming calls.
*Overseeing the meeting room diary.
*Expense processing for both Director and Consultant.
*Managing and coordinating all company events, this will include liaising with the COO.
*Ensure the smooth running of the office, this includes stationary, kitchen etc.
Candidate specification:
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Well presented and confident individual.
*1-2 year's experience working front of house or as an office manager.
*Experience working within recruitment is desirable not essential.

Paying up to £26K.
