My client, a beautiful Management Consultancy based in Liverpool St are on the hunt for a professional, switched on and experienced part time Receptionist to join their team.
Suited in beautiful offices within the City, you will have the pleasure of working closely alongside another receptionist providing a 5* service to all clients and visitors.
This position is working 5 full days at part time hours, 12-6pm.
Duties include but not limited to:
*Meeting and greeting all clients and visitors.
*Meeting room coordination including refreshments and lunches.
*Managing the switchboard.
*Ordering stationary supplies.
*Post
*Reporting to the EA.
*Office administration duties when needed.
The ideal candidate should possess corporate reception experience and excellent communications skills. Be willing to roll up their sleeves and muck in when needed.
