A fantastic temporary opportunity as a receptionist for one of our Clients based in central London. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in corporate reception and be confident in running the entire process of a busy reception area. The role will involve managing the reception area, meeting and greeting clients, general administrative duties and being a first point of contact for clients and visitors. This is a busy role for an experienced receptionist.

You will need to be well presented, articulate, self-motivated, have excellent time management skills and excellent communication skills. You must have experience working in corporate hospitality or corporate luxury background and be confident working in a very fast paced environment.

Duties:

  • Managing the reception area
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Booking and managing meeting rooms
  • Ad hoc duties
  • Answering and re-directing calls
  • Liaising with different levels of staff within the company
  • Liaising with key stake holders
