PA to MD, North London, £35,000 - £36,000,

My Client, a Luxury Goods Firm, has a fantastic opportunity to work in their showroom supporting the Managing Director. This role is a varied and busy one which will keep the job holder on their toes!

The role is based near West Hampstead in North London and therefore will suit someone living locally.

The key responsibilities are:- Assisting the MD in maintaining and updating the company website and the maintenance of the product database held on Excel.

Excellent Photoshop skills are essential to enable basic retouching of adverts and the creation of pdf documents etc.

Knowledge of Illustrator would also be advantageous.

The role will also encompass support in sales where necessary, the preparation of client quotations and a certain amount of social media activity.

The successful applicant will have a can- do professional approach, be smart, alert and confident dealing with people.

Excellent communication skills are essential

Must have excellent Photoshop and Excel skills.
