Are you a experienced PA/ Office manager from financial services ideally? Are you hungry to learn and see yourself with a long-term future in a growing team?

Do you have a stable cv with experience of supporting at senior level?

Our client a boutique Finance Firm in the West End is seeking a Office Manager to support the firm's Partners in managing all office operations and assisting the Marketing & Operations team where needed.

This role will suit someone who is highly professional, self confident and can work on their own initiative. The ideal candidate will have the ability to perform in a highly demanding environment with key attention to detail at all times. You will also need to be extremely organised, flexible and driven to get things done at a high standard.

As the Office Manager you will be providing excellent diary, travel and event management, monitor staff training, dealing with the office insurance, helping with marketing initiatives and setting up investment committees.
