A top finance firm are actively recruiting for a Sales Associate to join their Sales Team. The successful candidate needs to be a fast learner, organised and proactive in their approach to working in a busy and demanding team and able to manage several tasks and deadlines at the same time.

Accountabilities:
- General organisation to ensure smooth running of the team
- Full administrative support for all aspects of department meeting.
- Mange off-site meetings, and conferences; including travel arrangements, itineraries, catering, room reservations, telecommunications and audio visual set up, building access, and preparation of materials.
- Work on gathering contact and their company information and adding them to cloud based CRM (Salesforce.com) and marketing lists (Pardot).
- Diary management arranging internal and external meetings and conference calls; travel arrangements, expenses
- Liaison with other departments and clients on behalf of the Sales Team.
- Extensive finalising and formatting of documents, reports and presentations and liaising with print room
- Reporting and internal administration to include; CRM activity log, monthly sales activity reports to management, sales pipeline administration, creating activity analysis and preparing ad hoc reports as required
- General typing, i.e. letters/reports/memos etc
- Drafting correspondence
- Accurate message taking
- Filing/Photocopying/Archiving
- Supporting other team secretaries when required
- Help the marketing team with seminars
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Advanced MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook
- A robust outgoing personality: mature, easy going and unflappable.
- Enthusiastic and committed approach to work
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills, who deals effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels, treating all with respect
- Flexibility to handle changing priorities and projects
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
