'Big Four’ Financial Services firm is seeking Pension Professionals to join a review project.
As a Junior Case Handler, you will manage assigned customer cases, to determine claim suitability; assessing whether Personal Pensions were sold in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your pensions knowledge and add value to team, within a customer service focused environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Assembling documentation using in house systems
- Liaising with customers, IFAs and providers
- Assessing evidence
- Conducting analysis of findings
- Working in conjunction with Case Managers to achieve fair outcomes
- Reporting on trends and outlining process improvements
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of pensions products, including SIPPs and PPPs
- Undergraduate degree/financial qualifications are advantageous
- Corporate experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency with IT systems and Excel
This is a full-time immediate start on-going contract position, based in Gatwick.
The rate for this role starts initially at £120 per day, but will increase to £150 following accreditation.
