EA to two Executive Directors

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an EA to Financial Director and Chief Operating Officer. They are a Property company with stunning offices based in Chelsea.


This fast-paced EA role will provide support to two Board Members and Executive Directors of the business. The role will provide administrative support with the day to day management of the business, extensive diary and inbox management, as well as assisting with personal matters. You should be able to hit the ground running with this role and have proven experience working at Board Level. 


The role requires EA experience, within Property, Investment or Development is desirable. You should be career driven, self-motivated with excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a very busy environment. You will be assertive, able to work with absolute confidentiality and must be proactive.
