This is an exciting opportunity for confident and well-presented trainee looking for their first job in London.

I am currently looking for an Office Assistant, to support to an Operations team & Secretaries. This is a great opportunity for a school leaver to start their career in the City, as not only is this role varied, but there is also scope to get involved in ad hoc work with the wider team too.

On a daily basis, the Office Assistant will be:

  • Assisting with mail outs
  • Assisting with recording data on spreadsheets
  • Recording and processing client banking instructions through online banking platforms
  • General office tasks including photocopying, printing and binding

The role is based in in the City, the successful applicant will work alongside a small team.  The salary for this role is competitive, and there are several company benefits, and opportunities for self-development.  Candidates must be immediately available.

Successful Applicants:

  • You will be a bright school leaver, educated to A-Level standard.
  • You will be a confident user of Microsoft Excel & Word, and generally computer literate.
  • Previous administrative work experience would be an advantage, but is not essential.
