London, EC4A
Ref: JL616
Would you like to use your professional skills and experience to help make the world a better place?
Full Time (35 per week, may consider flexible working hours for the right candidate)
Charities Aid Foundation is a charitable foundation - one of the largest in Europe, which links donors to charities all over the world. If you are experienced at a senior level, demonstrably capable of supporting our Chief Executive to maximise his efficiency, then we would love to hear from you.
This is a full and diverse role that requires someone who enjoys thinking ahead; working out the 'what if' before it happens; providing a seamless and sophisticated service at this level and, of course, understanding the aims of our Chief Executive and the organisation to support your decisions.
You will be flexible, proactive and engaging with a professional client manner and clear decision making abilities. You must have attention to detail that is second to none, be an intelligent gatekeeper and embrace the opportunity to be curious and autonomous in your role. Briefings, complex diary co-ordination, full e-mail and correspondence management, point of contact and awareness of internal and external developments are all important elements of the role.
Closing date for receiving applications is 20 March 2017.
We reserve the right to close this vacancy early should we receive a high volume of applications. Shortlisted applicants may be required to undertake assessment in addition to a competency based interview.
