A fantastic opportunity to join a wealth management firm based in the city as their Team Secretary/Administrator on a permanent basis. This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to further their career within support and looking to take the next step.

The successful candidate ill be confident, have solid experience within a similar position and looking to take a step up. You will also have strong MS office skills including word, excel, PowerPoint and outlook and be confident using these on a daily basis.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Undertakes copy typing, audio transcription, and shorthand notes
  • Photocopies/scanning
  • Collating and despatching reports
  • Management meetings - book venue, distribute papers/agendas, arrange catering where necessary
  • Take minutes and distribute meeting notes
  • Ad hoc departmental support tasks, e.g.  ordering stationery, recording expenditure, controlling/amending word processing and other templates to ensure a consistent house style/image

Paying up to £25,000 depending on experience!
