Award winning ethical farming/sustainability firm based in Chelsea Harbour are looking for a bright, proactive, hardworking Graduate Team Assistant/PA ideally with two years office based experience to join their growing London Head Quarters dealing with international projects.  You will support a team of eight who travel internationally on a regular basis, your role will be to provide team administration and PA supporting the Operations Manager enabling the team to focus on sustainability projects to continue making a real difference to the world.

Key duties:

  • Organising and planning team schedules effectively
  • Managing individual team members’ calendars which will include organising complicated internal/external meetings and conference calls
  • Preparing and amending correspondence, reports and contracts
  • Personal support for team members such as preparing individual expenses and working on ad hoc projects as and when required
  • Meeting and greeting visitors in a polite and courteous manner
  • Administrative duties including prompt and accurate mail and message handling, filing both manually and electronically, printing, binding, booking couriers and maintaining contact records
  • Providing holiday cover for the Office Manager e.g. ordering office supplies and stationary, liaising with suppliers and contractors
  • Working on projects to support the team e.g. research, events, conferences and liaising with key stakeholders including investors and clients
  • Assisting with imminent office move due to company expansion

Ideal candidate:

  • Graduate or graduate calibre with strong academics ideally with some business/administration modules as part of your degree.
  • Ideally two years PA/Team Assistant/Secretarial experience within an office based environment.
  • Happy to commit to the core role for 1-2 years and then progress to take on projects later on as the company is growing and due to relocate to a new office imminently.
  • Bright, capable, go-getting and proactive. 
  • Any interest in sustainability or horticulture is advantageous but not necessary.

Hours:  8am-5pm but must be flexible.
