This Office / Finance Co-ordinator is an immediately available part-time temporary assignment for a prestigious, global Construction and Property company based in gorgeous offices in the heart of the City.
Hours can be negotiable in this varied Office / Finance Co-ordinator assignment, maybe 3 full days per week or 5 shorter days, and it is based on a six month temporary basis with the possibility of being offered a permanent role at the end of the assignment.

*£35,000 pro rata'd salary
*Negotiable part-time hours: 3 days per week or 5 short days
*6 month temporary assignment - could go permanent
*Excellent working environment in the heart of The City
To be successful in this Office / Finance Co-ordinator temporary position, it is important to have the following:
*Previous finance / accounts experience, ideally within Property
*Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
*Experience using financial / accounts software
*Good communication
*Process driven approach
*High attention to detail
*Willingness to work part-time on a 6 month temporary basis
Key accountabilities in this Office / Finance Co-ordinator temporary role include:
*Managing the financial close process
*Producing a monthly accounting report
*Managing payment procedures on a daily and weekly basis
*Cash management
*Preparing tenant invoices
*Managing tax issues including communicating with HMRC
*Ordering office supplies
*Ad hoc projects and back up administration
