Our client is a global underwriting firm, new to the London Market and is based in the City of London.  They are currently recruiting for a receptionist to join their front of house team on a temporary or temporary to permanent basis. If you have previous reception experience and are looking for a new immediate start role, then please apply now!

Responsibility:

- Meet and greet all visitors

- Answer the busy switchboard

- Transfer calls quickly and efficiently

- Manage all meeting room bookings

- Keep the meeting rooms well presented and ready

- Be an ambassador for the company

 

 Specification:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive in approach and can multi task and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Good problem solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS office.
  • Need to have relevant experience.

Hours are 09:00-18:00 Monday-Friday
