Leading Consultancy firm has a great opportunity for a receptionist to join the business.


One of the UK's leading consultancy firms has a great opportunity for a corporate receptionist to join the business on a temporary basis. The role is an ongoing role, and will be based in the City of London. The successful candidate will need to have previous front of house experience, and obtain a confident and pro-active approach to their work.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Setting up and maintaining meeting rooms, and reception area
  • Answering the telephone
  • Liaising with staff within the business
  • Ordering stationary
  • Basic administration tasks


    Candidates should ideally obtain the following skills and qualifications:
  • Advanced Microsoft package knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Pro-active and organised
  • Professional Manner
  • Organised and Flexible
  • Strong work ethic

    Candidates must have previous reception experience.
