An award winning boutique US Law Firm is looking to hire a new Office Services Assistant to join the London office, providing a mix of General Office and Reprographics duties.  Responsibilities will include ensuring incoming mail is collected in the morning and outgoing post is franked and taken to the post service in the evening, arrange incoming/outgoing couriers and deliveries, organising the collection of recycling/confidential waste, managing the reprographics function, including coordinating all scanning and digital printing requests, printing, binding and laminating materials including pitch books, maintain stock levels for stationary and reprographics consumables, keep all printers and photocopies maintained, log and take responsibility for troubleshooting for the photocopiers, ensure ink cartridges and printer toners are checked and replaced as required.  Other duties include taking responsibility for escalating calls to suppliers for equipment and maintenance issues, working with the Operations team to monitor and record usage and cost of all print/copy related consumables, coordinate the new joiner induction training on copiers & scanners, assisting with the conference room set up in the absence of the Receptionist, coordinating the archive facility including preparing boxes for off-site storage and arranging for archived files to be returned.  Candidates must have a minimum of 5 GCSE’s grade A-D, a minimum of 2 years’ professional services experience, ideally within a law firm.  Candidates must have strong organisational, written and verbal skills and be competent with the Microsoft packages.  Standard hours are 9.00am – 5.30pm and stunning offices are based in the City.
