German Speaking client relations executives

Our City based client is looking for a number of exceptional German speaking client service executives to work initially on an ongoing temporary basis. Ideally you will have a grasp and understanding of the Financial services sector. Maybe you have just completed an internship or graduated in a finance related degree for example? You will also need to demonstrate a highly professional approach at all times and have superb client service skills. This could be an ideal first step into the exciting world of banking and finance!
What will the job entail? Contacting shareholders from the Swiss and German markets
Answering queries from German retail shareholders on an inbound helpline. The role our client is looking to fill could also be more of a long term temp role which encompasses calling institutional investors in Germany, Switzerland and other countries to ascertain what action they are likely to take on certain corporate actions. Full training will be provided over a number of days and would require commitment for the role to be filled by the candidate until at least June 2017. The candidate would be working with the account mangers in London on a number of projects and will be involved in the day-to-day business of the business
