3 Month FTC | £35,000 - £40,000 p.a. / day rate

Are you an experienced Pensions Administrator looking for a FTC within a global and creative company? Do you enjoy all things benefits and pensions?

If so, we have the role for you!

You will hit the ground running as the Pensions & Benefits Senior Administrator, where you will be providing benefit administration and employee support. You will be the main point of contact for all employee queries relating to their benefit entitlement and processes of benefits. Previous experience is essential and must be able to start ASAP/within a week!

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Administration of all benefit tasks relating to joiners, changes and leavers
• Collating and processing data, managing data and ensuring data integrity for pensions, benefits, absence & holidays and employee records
• Implementing changes in procedures and processes in line with changing work and legislation requirements
• Supporting the wider team on group projects and collaborating with divisional HR teams, Payroll, IT and external benefit vendor

If you have 2-3 years’ experience, have strong knowledge of technical principals of pensions & benefits, advanced Excel skills, proven analytical and problem solving skills, then this may be the role for you.
