Studio Assistant for Creative Agency

This is a phenomenal opportunity to join one of London’s most exciting creative agencies as their Studio Assistant.

Based in London’s bustling West End, this mid-sized agency is well established and well respected within the design industry.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing third party suppliers
• Answering phones and door
• Researching for pitches when required
• Setting up meeting rooms
• PA to Directors (diary management etc.)
• Maintaining health and safety standards,
• Motivate and enthuse the team. Provide a listening ear and a supporting voice.

The successful candidate will have:

• Great communication and people skills.
• Strong organisation and planning skills, prioritising and managing your own workload.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• A warm positive attitude and enjoy working as part of a team.
• The ability to use your initiative – being a self-starter with a positive ‘can do’ attitude!
• An outgoing and confident personality, not afraid to get stuck in.
• At least 1 year relevant experience within a creative agency.
