Top International law firm is looking to hire a new Junior HR Coordinator to join the London office on an initial 12 month FTC.  Responsibilities will include working closely with the payroll manager to run the monthly payroll, managing the HR database, providing support and guidance on employee relations issues, producing monthly headcount and statistics reports, monitoring absences, assisting with the administration of all secondments to and from the London office, assisting with the management and organisation of the annual appraisal process, leading new joiner inductions and debriefs, assisting with the annual HR budget, supporting the HR Manager with the annual salary review and bonus process, organising and chairing regular meetings for the Diversity Group in London and supporting the London Diversity Partner in the delivery of Diversity Strategies, assisting with policy and handbook updates, and any other ad hoc duties as required.  Applicants must have a minimum of two years HR Assistant experience, ideally within a Law Firm, they must be confident, enthusiastic, proactive and robust, with the ability to work autonomously, have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with staff at all levels and have the ability to perform under pressure and drive tasks through to completion.  The salary for this role is up to £30,000 for the right candidate, plus a fantastic benefits package.
