Recruitment Coordinator for Luxury Online Fashion Brand - West London

An incredibly successful Luxury Online Fashion Retailer based is in West End is searching for an in house Recruitment Coordinator to provide support to the team who specialise in the global placement of high calibre candidates. This is a really impressive company to work for who prides themselves on its focus, dynamic people and positive work ethic.

We are looking for a self-starter, mature minded Recruitment Coordinator for this position - someone who will go in, hit the ground running, and use their excellent organisational skills to multi-task well. This is working within one of the most established fashion retailers in the business, so you will need to be proactive, hardworking and keen to impress!

Duties include:
* Candidate generation through database searching, Internet research and headhunting
* Candidate management and interviewing
* Supporting consultants on live roles they are working on
* Client liaison and management
* Supporting consultants to prepare for client meetings and attending those meetings where appropriate
* CV formatting
* Loading information on to the in-house database
* Writing and posting job adverts

The ideal candidate will enjoy an ever changing demanding role with strong organisational and time management skills. High attention to detail is essential for this role while remaining calm under pressure. Must have a strong understanding of the fashion industry and previous luxury goods experience is required.
