A really cool client based in Hackney, are looking for a Marketing & Office Coordinator to join their fast growing and fun team. There are currently 12 people in the office and this is a completely new role so the chance to really make it your own. You will report directly to the founder and be involved heavily in the business from the off. This would be a temporary contract for 3 months to then convert to a permanent contract.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and updating the website
  • Putting out a weekly newsletter featuring products, events and content
  • Writing and conceiving ideas for blog posts
  • Posting and engaging on all social media platforms
  • Reporting on all marketing initiatives
  • Ordering stock for the shops and the website and then distributing them/adding to the website
  • Liaising with third party agencies for design, photography, Ad Words, Facebook Ads etc
  • Managing all meetings and the day to day for the founder and CEO
  • Filing and paying invoices/ collating receipts / sorting post
  • Creating spreadsheets and reports for CEO
  • Ordering stationary

You will need to:

  • Have marketing & admin experience
  • Be proficient in Excel
  • Have amazing written skills
  • Be the best organiser there is!
  • Be able to manage a hundred things at once
  • Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator knowledge a plus
  • Knowledge of Shopify highly desirable
  • Attention to detail that is far beyond the norm
  • Be an extremely articulate communicator
