Personal Assistant - Investment Banking

A highly regarded international investment bank with impressive offices in The City require a PA to support a very busy team of individuals at varying levels of seniority. You will be part of a close-knit team and must be used to working within a fast-paced environment where no day is the same! This role would suit someone who has worked within the Front Office of a large Investment Bank or a busy Fund and who is looking to work for a firm that is smaller in size (70 in London) and where they can really add value. You will also be required to deal with clients so experience in this field would be an advantage.

Utilising your strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to multi-task you will monitor and process expenses, coordinate complex diaries and book all aspects of travel for this demanding team. Working autonomously, alongside a team, you will be a self- motivated, experienced team secretary who builds rapport quickly and works well under pressure.

Duties include; 

• Extensive diary management
• Dealing with clients 
• Arranging international and domestic travel across multiple time zones
• Booking internal and external meetings
• Supporting deals with all administration
• Preparing claims forms
• Processing expenses
• Inputting data
• Dealing with clients over the phone in an efficient and polite manner
• Meeting and greeting clients
• Producing and binding documents
