This role is an Executive Assistant to the Chairman of the leading luxury brand company. They are a worldwide business and provide exceptional service to HNWI around the world. This role is based in the beautiful offices in central London.
This position is supporting the extremely busy, energetic and entrepreneurial Chairman with his extensive travel and demanding schedule. The role requires the EA demonstrate a high degree of flexibility and commitment in order to provide 24/7 support across different time zones. The successful candidate will be an experienced EA who can be a true representative of the Chairman; confidently making decisions and working with a high degree of autonomy in his absence.
They are ideally looking for someone who has worked at C level and has experience working within the Luxury industry or HWNI.
Main responsibilities

Main responsibilities
- Efficient management of an ever-changing diary, including regular monitoring of time-sensitive responses and/or deadlines which require follow-up, and coordination of the Chairman’s diary with key stakeholders.
- Arranging meetings, preparing agendas, ensuring the Chairman is well prepared, collating and circulating papers, progressing actions, taking and circulating minutes. In doing so, you will work closely with EXCO members and Heads of Departments to ensure that deadlines are met.
- Full inbox management to screen and handle emails on the Chairman’s behalf. Also managing telephone calls and mail.
- Proactive coordination of constantly changing global travel arrangements – including visas, private flights, accommodation, restaurants, and security as required.
- Liaising and managing relationships with the Chairman’s business acquaintances, customer prospects, suppliers and employees.
- Producing, editing and reviewing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
- Liaising with the Marketing team on press events, business events and social media updates.
- Liaising with the Household Manager, household staff and other PAs on other matters as required.
