Boutique Hostess based in Knightsbridge - luxury fine jewellery brand £24,000 per annum

Office Concierge is seeking 3 full-time boutique hostesses to join one of the world’s finest jewellery brands within their Harrods boutique, the exclusive Knightsbridge department store located on Brompton Road. The store occupies a 5-acre (20,000 m2) site and has 330 departments covering one million square feet (90,000 m2) of retail space. 

Duties include: 

- Meeting and greeting customers 
- Providing five star customer service to all visitors 
- Working in a vibrant and fast-paced team environment 
- Managing high footfall and dealing with all visitor enquiries 
- Preparing and serving drinks 
- Ensuring the boutique is tidy and well-organised 
- Assisting the sales team with various tasks as required 

Salary: £24,000 per annum 
Hours: Monday to Sunday 42.5 hours per week, rotating shift pattern between 9am-9:30pm 
Languages: Chinese, Arabic and French would be advantageous but is not essential
