A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a receptionist / studio assistant to join this small company on a temp to perm basis. This is your chance to be welcomed into a design house that prides itself on quality and detail on a temp to perm basis.

Who will you be working for?

Based in West London, their studios are situated in a hub of other creative and young companies. The company was founded by a highly reputable self-taught designer focusing on high end interior design including, lighting, furniture and accessories.

The Role

• Be the first point of contact for the company. This will include meeting and greeting all visitors to the building and answering the telephone in a professional and friendly manner.
• Accept all deliveries on behalf of the Company and organise couriers for external post.
• Main point of contact for any employee requests or queries and provide support when required.
• Responsible for ordering all office stationary and consumables on behalf of the Company.
• Assist the Studio Manager with administration support including PR / Marketing, reception and general admin for the company including booking meeting rooms and organising internal office space
• Book travel and accommodation for employees as and when required.
• Assist with any internal communications such as the delivery of the fortnightly team meeting.
