We are looking for a  graduate calibre PA with excellent command of written English, who is happy to travel (mainly to U.S.) circa 5 x a year and who are looking for a very busy and unique opportunity working within the charity/international development sector. The role would suit a ‘hungry’ graduate with 2 years’ experience who wants a have a huge amount of involvement and responsibility and who comes ideally from similar background.  Duties will involve running social media channels, drafting press releases, news for websites and updating social media channels regularly.  You will organise and attending meetings, carry out traditional PA duties and be responsible for day to day office management – phone calls, meeting and greeting, diaries, emails, faxes etc.  You must have excellent communications skills (written and verbal), have a positive ‘can-do’ approach, be a team player and of calm demeanour especially when deadlines have to be met.  An understanding of the NFP sector would be an advantage. Fantastic opportunity for a strong and resilient PA who wants to assist in ‘making a difference’.
