Available Immediately: Temporary High Level Corporate Paralegal with lots of overtime: £20 per hour

New York Law firm is looking to recruit a new paralegal to join their Corporate/Finance department on an ongoing temporary basis.  This position will be a very high level paralegal position where there is the opportunity of undertaking lots and lots of paid overtime.  This firm is looking for a candidate who has previously worked at a high level and has experience with Corporate and Finance transactions where you have been exposed to clients, drafting and transaction involvement.  This firm is under 100 in size and needs their Paralegals to step up and take responsibility in an autonomous capacity.  Candidates must have at least 6-12 months Corporate transactional experience, preferably from within a City law firm.  Offices are based in the City and standard hours are 9:30 - 17:30 - however a flexible is needed as there is a good chance there will be overtime
