A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR Administrator to join this Global Retailer in their stunning West End based head office. In this newly created role you will work with two Business Partners who support the business globally, you will provide full administration support. The right person will have experience supporting within a HR function along with strong administration skills to include an excellent eye for detail, experience working with Select HR would be a distinct advantage. Working in this fun and inclusive department during a very exciting period of growth you will be an integral member of the team and duties will include but not be limited to the following;

  • Act as a first point of contact for both internal and external enquiries - proactively responding to enquiries.
  • Starters – create contracts, create personnel files (hard and soft copies), collate and chase for relevant paperwork including copies of passports, P45s, etc, update all fields on Employment database with new starter details.
  • New starters arrangements, liaising with HR team on induction process. Apply for references for new starters. Providing employees with reference letters for accommodation, mortgages etc. Providing references for ex-employees.
  • Process and update systems with all employee changes, changes to terms and conditions.
  • Logging and filing returned contract extension letters and ensuring Select HR is kept up to date.
  • Working with payroll each month to ensure any starters, leavers and changes to employment are captured each month.
  • Assist in the company annual salary and performance review process by supporting the administrative process (Twice yearly).
  • Support the business with enquires relating to the newly implemented HR system.
  • Monitoring and flagging when sickness and holiday is excessive informing payroll and HR Team.
  • Writing Maternity letters based on templates. Keeping separate maternity file and checking on monthly basis for actions and updates, flagging to facilities and payroll.
  • Ensure the Leaver process is completed accurately on Select HR, issue letters and organise personnel files accordingly.
  • Run ad hoc reports alongside Select HR.
  • Help manage Select HR to improve efficiencies and minimize workload.
  • Assist the HR team with projects and ad-hoc tasks
