Rapidly expanding City-based law firm seeks a talented and meticulous office administrator, or junior practice manager, to take on a wide range of administrative projects relating to practice management.
Working closely with the firm’s Managing Partner, the successful candidate will be tasked with managing the administrative side of a range of functions.
Your duties will include:
- Assisting the firm’s Managing Partner in relation to renewing the practice’s Professional Indemnity insurance;
- Liaising regularly with the firm’s accountants, and assisting with the administrative side of the firm’s accounts/finance function;
- Taking responsibility for basic HR activities;
- Renewing practising certificates for the firm’s growing number of lawyers;
- Updating the firm’s website and assisting on a range of BD / Marketing initiatives;
- Managing relationships with several of the firm’s suppliers.
We are looking to hear from proactive and enthusiastic candidates, who have gained at least three years’ experience of a range of office / practice management duties within a professional services environment.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and time management skills, the capacity to prioritise tasks, and the ability to liaise with colleagues at all levels within the firm.
